San Bernardino Sheriff's PRCA Pro 2008 Junior Miss Rodeo Queen

Welcome rodeo fans! Cynthia Boswell is a fourteen year old cowgirl and is proud to represent the San Bernardino Sheriff’s Rodeo as their Junior Miss Rodeo Queen. From the first pink cowgirl hat, pink wrangler jeans, and pink cowgirl boots that lead to her first pony ride at the Sheriff’s Rodeo Cynthia had dreams of horses and rodeo queens. So it isn’t a surprise that this cowgirl decided she wanted to represent the Sheriff’s Rodeo. That first experience has turned into a way of life that she’s very proud of. She is a member of California Junior Rodeo Association, Antelope Valley Youth Rodeo Association, and California High School Rodeo Association and competes in barrel racing, pole bending, goat tying, steer stopping, breakaway roping, and ribbon roping. She had the honor of representing the State of California at the 2008 Wrangler Junior High National Finals Rodeo in Gallup, New Mexico. Her understanding of rodeo competition is an important aspect of being a rodeo queen. She knows her experiences will benefit her as she continues to compete in the sport she loves, rodeo queen pageants, and who knows she might even be a world champion barrel racer or Miss Rodeo America one day. Cynthia would like to thank her family, friends, sponsors and The San Bernardino Sheriff’s Rodeo Committee for their continuous support.
