Dear Vendor: Thank you for your interest in being an exhibitor at the San Bernardino County Sheriff’s Benefit Rodeo 2007, which will be held on September 26, 27 and 28, 2008 at 2555 Glen Helen Parkway in San Bernardino, California. The vendor exhibition will be located adjacent to the rodeo arena. Exhibition hours will be Friday, from 4:00 PM to 11:30 PM, Saturday 9:00 AM to 11:00 PM and Sunday 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM. Vendors are invited to display their goods and services throughout the entire competition. We expect more than 20,000 Southern Californians during the three-day rodeo and they will pass through the exhibition area as they attend or participate in the scheduled events. Booth space within the exhibition area is limited and will be contracted on a “first-paid, first- reserved” basis. The rental fee for the week is $400.00 for each 10’x10’ booth. A $100.00 non-refundable deposit is required to secure each booth. Discount pricing may be available for multiple booth purchases. Exhibition booths will be 10’x10’ in size, with a tarp roof, sidewalls, a back wall, and identification sign with booth number. Access to one 20 Amp 120 volt plug with each payed booth.
